Our goal is to quickly stabilize the properties and leverage them at today’s low-interest rates to achieve high current cash-on-cash yields for our investors to achieve a high equity multiplier and a stabilized cost basis that is comfortably less than replacement cost, which provides us with a price competitive advantage over any future new product.

In order to ensure disposition liquidity, we only invest in major metropolitan and secondary cities with an MSA minimum of 1,000,000 people.
