Our goal is to quickly stabilize the properties and leverage them to achieve high current cash-on-cash yields for our investors at a stabilized cost basis that is comfortably less than replacement cost - which provides us with a price competitive advantage over any new future property.

In order to ensure disposition liquidity, we only invest in metropolitan areas with an MSA minimum of 500,000 people.
