Brian Goldman
Principal and CFO
Brian Goldman has over 25
years of relevant commercial
real estate experience. He is responsible for the firm’s business development and leads the investment sales, originations and dispositions
teams.
Saar Schnitman
Managing Director
Saar Schnitman heads up the property management and leasing activities for the firm and oversees the day-to-day activity of the company’s entire portfolio of commercial properties. He has over 10 years of real estate management and leasing experience focused on improving operational efficiency and profitability.
Tom Eilers
Managing Director - Leasing
Tom is responsible for the leasing activities on the entire CapRock portfolio. His 19 years in the real estate industry have focused on leasing and asset management of retail shopping centers throughout the greater Chicagoland area.
Thomas Lin
Acquisitions Director
Thomas joined CapRock in 2022 as an Acquisition Associate focusing on retail and multi-family property acquisitions across the greater Midwest and South East. His work entails researching and valuing deals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Prior to working in CapRock, he worked as an architectural designer for five years in Taiwan. He has an MBA – Real Estate degree from DePaul University.
Harvey Heinrich
Director of Capital Markets
Harvey is responsible for all the outreach, management and communication to Limited Partners as well as the creation of all financial reporting materials. He grows our equity sources by building relationships with family offices, institutional investors and HNW individuals as well as constantly being up to date with the SEC’s Rules & Regulations.
Jack joined CapRock in June of 2022 as an Associate Broker specializing in retail Single Tenant Net Lease and Multi-Tenant properties. He is currently attending DePaul University at the Driehaus College of Business majoring in real estate.
Fabian Sahagun
Associate Broker
Fabian is a graduate of DePaul University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Real Estate in 2023. Fabian began at Caprock in 2023 with an internship and subsequently started as a broker in 2024. Specializing in investment sales with a focus on retail properties, Fabian is dedicated to serving clients throughout the Midwest, with a strong emphasis on the Chicago/suburb market.
Carlos Rivera
Senior Property Accountant
Carlos is a seasoned accounting professional with over 17 years of extensive experience in both commercial & residential property management. Carlos is an expert with several industry-standard management programs, including Yardi, and handles all accounting duties at the firm.
Jeffrey Tang
Assistant Property Manager
Jeffrey joined CapRock Real Estate in 2023 as an Assistant Property Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of CapRock’s commercial assets. After graduating DePaul University in 2019, Jeffrey spent several years working in the medical and logistics fields gaining valuable experience in sales and operations.
