Harvey is responsible for all the outreach, management and communication to Limited Partners as well as the creation of all financial reporting materials. He grows our equity sources by building relationships with family offices, institutional investors and HNW individuals as well as constantly being up to date with the SEC’s Rules & Regulations.

Harvey brings over 10 years of banking experience specializing in consumer and small business lending plus an expertise in asset management. He started his career in the multifamily sector in his early 20's helping owners grow from a few duplexes to upwards of 75 units. Harvey is an Illinois licensed Broker and a member of the Real Estate Investment Association in Chicago.
