Illinois Restaurant Association: COVID-19 resources

Utility information: Nicor Gas: Voluntarily suspended service disconnections for non-payment, effective immediately for both residential and commercial customers through May 1. Click for detailed information.

INDIANA

Utility Information: Citizens Energy Group All utility disconnections suspended through April 15.

As always, Citizens will work with customers to avoid interruption of their utility service including establishing flexible payment arrangements to allow customers to catch up on past due bills. Please contact our call center at (317) 924-3311 to speak to a representative regarding options. Click for detailed information.

Utility Information: IPL Will not disconnect any customer’s service for non-payment, in order to give customers experiencing financial hardship extra time to make payments. Customers should pay what they can to avoid building up a large balance that will be difficult to pay off later. Click for detailed information.

Utility Information: Duke Energy Temporarily suspending disconnections for nonpayment and waiving late payment fees effective March 21. Click for detailed information.

Utility Information: NIPSCO Suspended shutoffs for nonpayment, effectively immediately. This suspension will apply to residential, commercial and industrial customers and will remain in effect until further notice. In addition, NIPSCO will offer its most flexible payment plans to customers who indicate either an impact or hardship as a result of COVID-19 and will suspend late payment charges until May 1. Click for detailed information.
