Saar Schnitman heads up the property management and brokerage activities for the firm and oversees the day-to-day activity of the company’s entire portfolio of commercial properties.  He has over 10 years of real estate management and leasing experience focused on improving operational efficiency and profitability.

Prior to CapRock, Saar was with Millennium Properties as Vice President of Property Management where he was responsible for a portfolio of over 70 distressed commercials, industrial and residential properties.

Previously, Saar worked as the Director of Operations with Silver Property Group and was responsible for the management as well as oversight of a $35 million, multi-site portfolio. In this role, he implemented a number of measures designed to improve efficiency and also reduce costs by tracking maintenance workflows and improving the RFP processes.

Saar is also a veteran of the Israeli Defense Forces, where he served as a Commander of the Artillery Forces.
